Harmony Gift Boxes are packed in a mailer box and shipped using USPS.  Once you've placed your order you'll receive a tracking number so you can track your package.   

How soon before my order ships?

Orders will be shipped  next day except for Sundays and public holidays.  You'll receive email notifications to keep you informed about shipping, tracking and delivery.  If you don't see any emails from Harmony Gift Box we recommend checking your junk folder.

Is shipping included?

We work to keep shipping costs low and offer a flat rate of $7.95 per box.

I live in New Jersey near your store - can I order online and pick up my gift box from the store?

Of course!  Simply select "In Person Pick Up" at Checkout and zero shipping costs will be applied to your order.  Store hours are 10:30am-5pm, Tuesday through Saturday.   Here's a link to our store website so you can see where we're located  www.harmonybrookside.com  We love to see our customers!

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately Harmony Gift Box cannot ship internationally at this time.  We ship across the US.   

What if the gift doesn't arrive?

Luckily that's why we have tracking numbers. We'll do everything we can to help you track your package.  Also we suggest asking the recipient to take a good look around to make sure the package hasn't been left somewhere  or with a neighbor or doorman.  

Are there any prices on the gifts?

All prices are removed except where they are commonly printed on the item, for example on the back of books.  We never include a receipt or packing slip inside our  boxes. 

Can I include a gift message?

Of course!  Just fill in the message box and a handwritten note will be included with your gift.

Are my credit card details safe?

Absolutely.  All payments are via Square's secure processing.  We don't see or store any credit card information.

How do I order gift boxes for MULTIPLE addresses?

Great question.  We've found that the easiest way to make multiple orders is to drop us an email.  We'll work directly with you on your order to ensure that the right gift reaches the right person with the right message.  If you prefer, you can order online for each shipping address however you will need to input your payment details each time.

What if my order is for multiple gift boxes going to the SAME address?

No problem.  Choose your gifts and add to the shopping cart one-by-one if you want to include a gift message for each box.  Don't forget, you can always drop us a quick email at hello@harmonygiftbox.com with any special requirements for multiple orders and we'll be happy to help 

Where's the email confirmation? - You should receive an email confirmation with each order.  If you don't see it, check your junk box.  If it's not there it's important you contact us at hello@harmonygiftbox.com so we can confirm we've received the order.
